Curious What to Expect?

Float Walkthrough

On the day of your float
avoid shaving, and try not to consume
a big meal or caffeine within an hour or two of your float.
Arrive 15 minutes early to park, de-stress,
sign a waiver, and receive a thorough walk-through.

You begin with a private shower in your room to rinse off any lotions or oils before your session.

We provide earplugs, ointment to cover minor cuts, and a spray bottle of water with a washcloth for inside the tank if the water were to get into your mouth or eyes. Be prepared to remove contact lenses.

Get comfortable in the water. Lay on your back, find a position that feels most comfortable, and if needed, try the float HALO provided to put your head in a more natural alignment with the rest of your body.

After a few minutes, your spine will decompress and you’ll start to lose track of where your body ends and the water begins – transcending all distractions and discomforts of the body.

You are in control of leaving the lights and music on or off, and even if you would like the door or pod lid open or closed.
Please ask us about music choices before your appointment.
If you bring an audio jack, we can even play audio from your phone. There are so many possibilities. You do not have to go completely sensory-free until you are ready.

Exit the float room or pod carefully to shower in your private room.

All natural & hypoallergenic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for after your session. A fresh towel, Q-tips, and a little ginger candy are in your room as well.

Our bathrooms are stocked with blow dryers* and amenities for your hair and skin (*please provide your own comb or brush). Please be mindful of the time you spend getting ready!

Bask in your post-float glow and
share the joy of your experience with others!
