Licensed Associate Counselor
Hi! I’m Wes. I’ve been helping people feel better and access their Highest Potential for over 10 years. I graduated from UNC-Greensboro with my Master’s in Counseling in 2017. I specialize in recovery from traumatic experiences, addiction, depression mood disorders, anxiety, and “spiritual baggage.” I used the power of conversation to help you discover your best self and change your life. I’m well-versed in DBT, CBT, brain-based mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. Specifically, I’m trained in Brainspotting, a revolutionary new form of treatment for trauma.
I love meeting new people and I cherish the opportunity to work with folks during their most challenging times. I love making spaces feel safe, open, and inviting. When I’m not working I’m probably playing video games, drinking more coffee, eating at one of Greensboro tasty restaurants, or spending time with my wife and daughter. Some of my favorite things include traveling, good bread, reading, Sushi, and brain spanking new technology.
I am a licensed professional counselor associate and licensed clinical addiction specialist associate in the state of North Carolina (LPCA #A13323, LCASA # 24090). I am supervised under Greg Moore, LPCS, CCS at Fellowship Hall Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center in Greensboro, NC.
