Initial Nutritional Consult

The nutritional consulting service includes a one-on-one, in person visit with comprehensive analysis of your dietary history and current diet, past and present state of health, and lifestyle. We then discuss what you wish to accomplish with your health and/or athletic performance and I will offer you dietary/lifestyle strategy education in order to maximize your body for your intended goal.
Basic Health Optimization

Road to Health Package

-An initial consult + 2 follow-up visits (Must be used within 5 months) for alleviation of chronic health issues, body composition and athletic performance, pre/post-natal nutrition, child nutrition. -A 1-hour grocery store tour showing you the best food choices to make for your goal. -An in-home evaluation of your pantry/refrigerator/freezer to show you what ingredients/products are still fine to consume.
Aesthetics and Performance
70 minutes each | $375
This package is great for those already healthy and looking to optimize in either performance or body composition: -An initial consult + 3 follow-up visits (must be used within 4 months) -A personalized nutrition plan with prescribed macro- AND micronutrient amounts and when to eat them to maximize progress for your goal -A recommended supplement regimen for your particular sport/goal -E-mail support for the duration of our time working together to answer basic questions and concerns.
In For the Long Haul

-This package is great for people that have multiple goals in mind that necessitate phasing across a longer period of time (I.e. Maximizing body composition and subsequently adding lean mass/maximizing performance for example) -An initial consult + 7 follow-up visits (Must use within 8 months) -A personalized nutrition plan for the particular phase you're in to maximize progress. -A recommended supplement regimen for the phase you're in -E-mail support for basic questions.
