Thomas Spruill

NCLMBT #09184

Thomas is a graduate of Natural Touch School of Massage Therapy. He has been a full time therapist for 9 years. During his 9 years he has taught massage and has become a continuing educational teacher for massage therapists. Also, he specializes in bringing restoration to the body. He uses a gentle, intentional approach that incorporates trigger / pressure point work, clinical massage, and bodywork techniques to help facilitate balance to the body and mind. He is very intuitive when it comes to listening to the body for what it may need without overworking the muscles or causing pain to his clients.

Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, he has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of his clients. He also educates his clients to provide self-care to progressively reach a point of living without pain. He combines that notion with his clinical experience to provide a thorough, soothing, deep and effective massage.
